Course Summary

PeopleSoft-CRM training will explain the basic terminology and concepts used in working on the PeopleSoft CRM applications. You will gain knowledge on managing the customers, companies, workforce, contact information, sites and the tasks.

The training will address the process of describing data and effective ways of modifying and viewing the data. Different data models including customer data model, product data model, 360-Degree view,and more are explained in support of examples and hands-on practice.

Knowledge and skills of evaluating integration, automation, and configuration options are imparted under the guidance of industry experts.


Only working experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service is required.


After completion of this training, you will inculcate the following:

Define the association of tables with Business Units and SetIDs
Develop Tableset sharing architecture

Manage worklists and notifications
Manage Product definitions, product packages, and installed products
Evaluate PeopleSoft Enterprise CRM Integration and Configuration Tools
